Shipping policy
For purchases made on the Turkish Coffee Lady website, service is provided by PTT Cargo and Aras Cargo companies, depending on the size of the order and the delivery.
The cargo company delivers the products you purchased to the apartment door at the address you specified during the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note is left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch within three days and do not receive your package, your package will be sent back to us.
In villages and towns where cargo companies cannot deliver to the address, the order is sent to the nearest cargo branch to the address of the buyer. When the order arrives at the cargo branch, the buyer is notified.
In this case, the buyer must take the order from the cargo branch. Deliveries to the islands throughout Turkey can be made within the framework of the current restrictions of the cargo companies. After you create your order, you can track your order with the cargo company name and tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS.
When the products are delivered to the cargo company, Turkish Coffee Lady informs them via e-mail. In addition, information is given by courier companies via SMS or telephone before the delivery date.

All other deliveries are Free except for single item purchases.
Products ordered until 15:00 during the day are usually delivered to your door within 3-5 working days.
You must be present at your order address on the day of delivery by following the delivery message notified to you.
